Independent Activity 1: Who owns the data?
Technically, it is our own data but legally it is Facebook. The person who upload, post, or comments owns that data and has rights of owning it until it has been removed, while Facebook also do has rights to change, modify, banned, and etc. to that contents, even though it as been removed by its owner, Facebook still has rights to retain that contents on the archive.

There are ways to minimise the threat, by not letting anyone take pictures of you because that person might upload it to Facebook but it is impossible because this can happen anytime, and another possible way is by not using Facebook at all, and again this will be like the same reason as the first one because someone can just take pictures of you to upload it on Facebook, and Facebook has rights to do anything with that content, even selling it!
